Return Policy

We offer Return or Replacement only if:

1. You have received damaged item or the product has a genuine defect.
2. You have received an incorrect item.
3. The return or replacement request is placed within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Note : A video of unboxing or opening the Item is a mandatory requirement for the case of replacement or return, in absence of the same no items shall be returned or replaced, the video can be sent to Info@giftsee.store with a replacement or return request mentioning the clear reason for the return or replacement.
